By downloading, installing, or using PixelCut Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

PixelCut Pro provides AI-powered background removal and photo editing tools. You may use the App for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan: Includes limited daily background removals (3 per day), basic templates, standard resolution export, and watermarked output.

Premium Plan: Available as a monthly (€9.99/month) or yearly (€59.99/year) subscription. Includes unlimited removals, all templates, HD/4K export, no watermark, and ad-free experience.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play Settings
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of RuiCodex. You retain full ownership of any photos you edit using the App.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute or resell the App or any part of it
• Use the App to process content that infringes on others' rights

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the background removal will be perfect for every image. Results may vary depending on image complexity.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RuiCodex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
